Joe Tuoto is a 28 year veteran of the Fire Service. He currently serves as a Fire Captain/ Paramedic, Paramedic Training Coordinator and Quality Improvement Coordinator for the City of Roseville Fire Department. He also is a Paramedic representative on the Regional EMS Care Committee, which develops treatment guidelines for five counties.

Joe is also on staff at Sierra College, California Heath and Rescue Training and Industrial Emergency Council. He is certified to provide instruction in, Confined Space Rescue, Trench Rescue, Emergency Medical Technician, Emergency Medical First Responder, First Aid, C.P.R., Automated External Defibrillator and Blood Borne Pathogens.
